  • Do i need to sign a rental agreement?
    Yes, we will only rent our equipment to clients that comply and sign our rental agreements before their booking time.
  • Do you offer refunds if i cancel my event
    Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, only non-deposit payments made by the Client are eligible for refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, refunds are not guranteed. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the company in the event of extreme or unforeseen circumstances.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    As per our rental contracts, "Client may cancel their booking at any time by providing written notice to Prestige Party Services. However, no cancellations will be accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the scheduled event date. In the event of a cancellation made more than 14 days in advance, only non-deposit payments made by the Client are eligible for refund. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The provider reserves the right to retain any and all monies paid if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the company in the event of extreme or unforeseen circumstances."
  • What if something gets damaged during my event?
    You are liable for any and all damages to our equipment during your booking time. Communicate with us any issues as they arise and we will handle it promptly.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service all of Buffalo, Rochester and some of Pennsylvania. Outside of this range please call us to confirm we can service your area.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Yes, we charge $50 for up to 15 miles. After that we start charging $2/mile. Delivery is required for all photobooth bookings and optional for everything else.
  • Can you pick up after hours or the next day?
    Our service hours are from 10am -11pm. Outside of this time range we will pickup our equipment the next day at the expense of the customer for the extra time.
  • What time will you arrive for setup?
    1-2 hours before your event for photobooth. 1-2 days before your event for all other rentals.
  • How do i book a rental with you guys?
    Contact us by phone, email, DM or book directly on our website.
  • When is final payment due?
    Remaining balance is due 1 week before your booking time.
  • Do i need to pay a deposit to reserve my date?
    Yes, a non-refundable deposit is requires to reserve your date.
  • Can I change my rental items after booking?
    Yes, we can always update your invoice to add or remove rental items. Keep in mind, we can't gurantee rental items if they are not on your invoice.
  • What payments do we accept?
    We accept cash, card, zelle, venmo, cashapp and more. If there's any concern for your type of payment just ask.
  • How many people can it at each table?
    Our 6' Rectangular Tables seat 6-8 people. Our Cocktail tables can seat 4 people comfortably.
  • How many hours can I rent the photobooth for?
    Our photobooth bookings rent from 4 hours+.
  • Are photos available to download after the event?
    Yes, we will send you a digital album of all pics/vids/gifs/boomerangs taken at your event within 5-7 business days after your event.
  • Do your photobooths include physical printouts, or are they digital-only?
    Our photobooth is all digital only. Physical Prints are availabe for an additional cost.
  • How much space is required to set up the photobooth?
    Roughly 6' x 6' is enough space for our photobooth and your guests to properly use it.
  • Is an attendant provided with the photobooth rental?
    No, attendants are not provided with each photobooth rental. Attendants can be added to any booking for an additional cost.
  • When do you setup the photobooth?
    Photobooth setup will be done 30 min - 2 hour before your booking time. We will coordinate time and logistics with you prior to the day of your booking.
  • Can I customize the photo layout or add a logo/message?
    Yes, our photobooth screens are fully customizable and our team creates custom designs for your event. Any specific request should be discussed with us prior to your event.
  • Can the photobooth be used outdoors?
    Yes, with approval from us first. Photobooth must be covered from the elements and we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to weather.
