As per our rental contracts, "Client may cancel their booking at any time by providing written notice to Prestige Party Services. However, no cancellations will be accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the scheduled event date. In the event of a cancellation made more than 14 days in advance, only non-deposit payments made by the Client are eligible for refund. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The provider reserves the right to retain any and all monies paid if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the company in the event of extreme or unforeseen circumstances."

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, only non-deposit payments made by the Client are eligible for refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, refunds are not guranteed. You are liable for any and all damages to our equipment during your booking time. Communicate with us any issues as they arise and we will handle it promptly.

Yes, we will only rent our equipment to clients that comply and sign our rental agreements before their booking time.
